Tucked away in the Duffy Neighborhood for the last 66 years, Royal Palms Apartments really is one of Tucson’s historic hidden gems. Just South of Speedway and West of Craycroft, we are one of the first unfurnished apartment communities built in Pima County. 

Built from the ground up, we’ve been family owned and operated since 1962. Our predecessor Robert Vance sought to provide convenient living for the working-class person. It is our mission to continue the legacy of Mr. Vance, who was genuine in his objective to help others. 

Spanning across 4.13 acres, Royal Palms Apartments is comprised of 7 two-story buildings, 2 sparkling pools, and 2 self-service laundry facilities among other offerings.
