Our History

Family owned and operated in Tucson, Arizona, Desert Ventures Development and Management LLC was established By Robert Vance in 1962 and Incorporated in 1994.

Now in its 3rd generation, Desert Ventures has privately maintained 3 centrally-located, multi-family properties here in Tucson, Arizona over the last 66 years, and continues to grow.

A pioneer in his industry, Mr. Vance offered the first unfurnished rental units here in Tucson. Prior to this all rentals in town were furnished, targeting the east-coast visitors, also known as, “Snowbirds.” A visionary, he took a leap of faith despite being told his vision was unattainable.

Today we are honored to enjoy the fruits of his labor.
